Efficient output of both daily and high-volume copies
Full-color scanning and sending expands the range
On the Copy screen, you can save settings such as Image Combination
and 2-sided/Staple, and N on One in the preview display in the upper
right corner. You can also preset 5 frequently used functions.
On the Scan and Send screen you can easily add settings such as
sending destinations, color/BW, resolution, file format, etc. To
improve work efficiency even further, you can save frequently used
settings in the Favorite Settings in the upper right corner.
Handles urgent high-speed copies
The device can copy high-volume documents speedily with its continuous copy
speed of 45 sheets per minute (A4 landscape).* In addition, the quick first copy
and interrupt functions allow you to handle urgent copy jobs without stress.
* iR-ADV 4045/4045F models only. iR-ADV 4035/4035F models:35 sheets/min, iR-ADV 4025/4025F
models: 25 sheets/min.
Booklet
You can copy single-sided or double-sided originals in such a way that the copies
are made into a booklet. When the Booklet Finisher is attached, you can choose
to perform saddle stitching. Supports the production of easy-to-read documents.
Universal Send, simultaneous transmission via various methods
A document can be sent to multiple destinations in a single operation via a
range of methods such as e-mail, fax and Internet fax. It enables efficient
data sharing by reducing time and labor caused by different communication
environments.

These models support sending via SMB for serverless file sharing across
your organization, as well as FTP. You can also send files securely to
external systems via WebDAV.

features to prevent transmission errors.
