Double-click [index.html] in the [CAPT] - [us_eng] - [Documents] - [GUIDE-CAPT-US] folder in the supplied CD-ROM.

Displaying the "E-Manual"

Double-click [index.html] in the [Manuals] - [Source] folder in the supplied CD-ROM.
